Back in late March, I bought new regs, and a DiveAlert. I inadvertantly ordered the wrong length hose.
<DIV>They didn't have them in stock, but he found one, and let me exchange it at no cost, and had me hookedup with the replacement in a couple of days.</DIV>
<DIV>I also asked him a kazillion questions about my new gear, (Zeagle regs), and he was very knowledgeable, patient &amp; friendly.</DIV>
