I recently purchased a Smart TEC hoseless computer to replace my Aladin TEC 2G. My TEC 2G had the ability to adjust the time of day and date. I have not found this function on the Smart TEC, even when using SmartTRAK. Is the time and date pre-set in the Smart TEC and unadjustable? When I download logged dives with SmartTRAK, will it include the date of the dive along with start and ending time like my TEC 2G did?.

Hi Don,

Yes, I knew how to adjust it on my TEC 2G when I owned it; but now I'm trying to find out if there is an adjustment for my Smart TEC hoseless computer. I can't find anything in the owner's manual that addresses it.

Thanks!

Never mind. I just found my answer in an old post on ScubaBoard

Apparently Smart TEC sets it's time and date based on the PC you connect it with through SmartTRAK. Good thing my PC has the correct time and date.http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/images/smilies/Standard%20Smiles/04.gif
