Hi all, I only have to shop for one present on Christmas, but it's a biggie. Thee wife does all the other shopping, even for my parents. Well I can't expect her to buy her own gift, maybe some of you ladies could help me out.
A little about her, she drives a small SUV, it's getting on in years, and the two sons are grown and have thier own cars now, she doesnt really need a very large vehicle anymore. She had a little sports car when we met.
She like diamonds .. she also likes nice clothes and wow does she like shoes!
My question is... What is the best toaster oven on the market?

I'm not too sure about toaster ovens. They seem like a waste of space. Have you considered a vacuum cleaner?

Personally, I would go with the toilet bowl brush, short handle. Nice!

A handy Vacuum and you can leave out on the dining room or coffee table. Nice focal point for visitors.

Stories Of Abused Men In South Carolina
Belton woman accused of beating common-law husband to death with vacuum cleaner

According to the March 1, 2006, edition of the Charlotte Observer, (http://www.charlotte.com/mld/charlotte/news/13986943.htm) police have charged a woman with murder after the coroner said she used a vacuum cleaner to beat her common-law husband, then choked him to death. Evelyn Tina Pressley, 54, was arrested Sunday after police found Jerome Powers, 53, dead at the home the two shared in Belton.
A preliminary autopsy report shows Ms. Pressley hit Powers with the vacuum, knocking him unconscious, then choked him with her knee or hands, Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore said.
Deputies noted that some of the vacuum's attachments might also have been involved. :smiley5:

Man, you just can't make this kinda stuff up....

Just remember it's LIFE if you have to live with the hubby, but it's only about a 7 year average in the Big House for Murder ... which option do you think she'll choose if she gets a vacuum, or a toaster oven, or a toilet bowl brush????:smiley2:

(And that's only if she gets caught!!!!)

Last uear, right before Christmas our dishwasher broke, so I jokingly said to the wife "I guess you're getting a a new dishwasher for Christmas," (she actually got a new nitrox dive computer and laptop).

When I was at Sears getting the new dishwasher, a friend called me to see what was up and i told him I was getting a new dishwasher, he responded "whats wrong with your wife?"

Get her something like a toaster or a vacuum, and I am thinking you will get a nice :smiley18: or a http://sanantonioscubadivers.com/smf/Smileys/default/kicknut.gif, in return.

Seriously though, if she had a sports car when you met, and her cute ute is getting older, get her a nice new "sporty" car...like a Sky or a Solstice.

Well, you could always go with the old stand by. Jewelry! I know some wives love peals, especially on a necklace!

And Parrothead, I'll head back that way but I'm keeping my card, thanks! :)
