Does anyone know if you can use the $50 gift certificate from having 250 posts on the forum on a clearance item - one that says no other discounts apply?

I'm not quite at 250 posts just yet, but planning ahead :smiley2:

Just PM Larry. The info you receive will be more accurate.

No... You must send your card to me....

Just Kidding...

I am 99% sure that you can... It is treated just like someone bought you the GC. But like V said I would PM Larry just to double check...

So what toy(s) are you thinking about? I can't even remember what I bought with mine.

On the subject, would it be totally obnoxious to stack the $10 coupon, $50 coupon and forum discount together? :)

From what I was told, you use them just like money. It would be no different than paying with a 10 & a 50.

Nothing too exciting... the Mares Trilastic 5-4-3 wetsuit. Sounds like the used ones are barely used, and they are less than half the cost of a new suit. Add in the $50 and I'm a happy girl!!!

I'm hoping this will be a better suit for me - I bought a Thermoprene 5 mil long sleeve shorty, and it was too big for me so it didn't keep me warm. I only dive in warm water, so a full suit seems a bit much but I shiver even if its 80 degrees! This one looks like a nice compromise between 3 mil and 5 mil.

I'm with you there. I'll take a thick wetsuit no matter how warm the water is (I always try to use farmer johns or doubled-up 3mils when diving Hawaii); once you're under the surface, there's really no such thing as feeling too warm.

I bought exactly that suit, (in a mens) 5-4-3/used and it was in absolutely perfect condition when I recieved it. Zero visual wear or tear on it. If it doesnt fit you correctly just return it for a different size. There is no reason to be stuck with an ill fitting suit when your dealing with ST.

That's awesome that you can use the 10 and the 50. I am going to use mine to get a new reg. I am excited!

We should nominate Scubatoys for sainthood. (Is retail eligible?)
