Can you bank it with RCI or II?

If we weren't coming back from a cruise, I would take you up on this great offer. Looks like a wonderful place to stay especially at that price.

Can you bank it with RCI or II?If I were an II member, I could - but I'm not. We've owned this unit since before the resort opened (while it was being built) and have never considered trading to another place so never joined II.

you have a fixed or floating week, and what are the odds you won't go next year?

you have a fixed or floating week, and what are the odds you won't go next year? It's a fixed week - same time every year.

Odds are w'll go next year, although there's a possibilty that we might sell it before then (we have a probable buyer - they just can't go this year either).

Not exactly - that's the Studio floorplan, mine is the Deluxe Studio (http://www.thereef.com/en/accommodations/deluxeStudio.html)

Rental of One Bedroom has been confirmed - the Deluxe Studio is still available:

$700 for the full week.

so it was $1250 for 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with one having a living room, kitchen, etc....

But then you rented the main unit LR & Kitchen, seperate bedroom, but the lockout 1BR studio (just BR and kitchen-ette) are $700?

seems to me that the other room with the seperate bedroom, kitchen, living room, etc would have been the more expensive rented option?

Yup. The one-bedroom portion (alone) rents for more than the studio portion (alone) - Kind of like the same way you can buy a whole car for less than you can build one by buying all of the individual parts.

I'm asking $700 for the week for the Deluxe Studio which is less than a decent hotel room runs pretty much anywhere on the island - Especially for a beachfront unit with the kind of views and access this one has.

Last chance on the Deluxe Studio - I'm dropping the price down to $500 for the week. If I don't have any takers in the next few days, it'll get turned over to the resort for daily rental.

Offers entertained too...

The condo is gone (well, actually it's still there, it's just not available any longer...).
