Anyone use this bag? I like the idea of packing wet salty gear in a waterproof bag, as my car trunk latch has showed signs of corrosion.

Looks like a good bag. Though I know for a fact it would be a terrible decission for me. I'd leave my gear in there for a couple of days and never get the smell out :smiley2:

I just picked up one of these. I haven't used it so far but looks like a great bag

It would be nicer if they added compression straps.

What's the price on the bag? Looks like a good bag.

IMO, Gear bags need to breath. If you want to keep your trunk dry, drop in one of these.

I added my own. :) just standard cam straps for backpacking.

I bought the bag.

1. It's huge. I can fit all my dive gear (including 1 AL80) plus freedive fins with room to spare.

2. It is completely waterproof. Once home from a dive, I fill it up with water, add some Salt-Away, and let my gear soak.

3. Drain with plug on bag comes in handy when emptying water from bag.

4. Bag seems well contructed. Should last a long time, but we shall see.

I am wondering if the PVC material (a glossy vinyl-like finish) that the bag is made of will hold up well to abrasion.
