Had a great time! Took the wife on a Anny. dive back to the LDS and checked it out. Then went on a "DWWC" dive with Don and Kyle (F-ing Kick A$$ Dive) Then took "Bubbles", Neo and Plot over the the North wall and dropped down through the blacksmith's shaft and swam the wall back to the dock area. Dove the four doors today and just explored around with Kyle and Neo after everybody else split the area.
Had a great time diving with everybody and always good to hang out!

Until next time! Kennyd

It was a totally kick butt weeekend!!!! I enjoyed meeting the newer DDCN'ers and all the diving that we did. Even thought my ears crapped out on the last dive, I still had a great time all around. Thatnks to everyone for making it a great weekend!!!!

It was great catching up with everybody and meeting some of you. I got six good dives in! Too bad I had to work Friday and Saturday night... Plot I bet your most memorable moments were at night laying in bed!!!

Navy, what were the water temps? Us at CSSP had a bath tub to blow bubbles in this weekend, and even at the thermocline, my computer said something like 80 above, and mid 70's below.

All I remember is that the thermocline was around 100 feet...

There were thermals at about 10 and again about 20. I only got down to about 45 this trip, so I can't comment on below that.

Better CGD, thanks. :smiley20: It finally cleared as I was on my way home. The bad thing is that now, the e-tubes are totally open and working great.

I don't need my grapes turning in to raisins due to frostbite sorry, IF I even think about diving waters the temp I like my drinks, then I will be getting a dry suit and NOT getting myself wet. :) CowGirl can have larger grapes then me any day if that means I stay warm, now lets see how people fare of a rain of bullets... see whos grapes are bigger then LOL.

I meant it in the most obsolute nicest way possible Janet. Do you realize that out of all the divers there Sunday, we were in the minority? Only 8 other divers were diving wet. :smiley20: :smiley36:

It was nice to see you again, really. :smiley31:

07-06-2009, 16:59
Yeah, I know what you meant!!! I was diving wet thanks to gNats who brought me her 7 mil to wear. I don't know if I'll ever be able to afford or really want a dry suit-I just don't dive in the cold that much. If I had my choice, I'd never wear anything more than my 3 mil, but gNats hyperstretch was just that-very stretchy and easy to move around in. It was very nice to have when I was hanging out with one of our OW divers outside the doors for quite a while waiting for a couple of the other divers to come back out. It's definitely chilly when you're not moving around!! On another note, my right calf is a little crampy today-I think I did the hill one too many times!!

Funny thread. Too bad I haven't taken the time to read it through. :smiley5:

I had the enjoyment of finding out that someone thinks I may find it amusing to post any photos of me in my bathing attire on an open forum.

I would post wisely. This is one squirrel that will not be calm if anything is posted.

:SHOCKED:Hmmmmm.... Not sure that this is funny.

Who is volunteering to have pics of their wife/girlfriend in a bikini posted on the open forum forever?

Maybe you should think about that, and have respect for your friends.

I thought SOME OF YOU might have learned this the last time we went around about discretion. Chat is not forever (as far as we know). The forum is.

Alright, for the record gNats, CGD, CRNA and anyone else who's getting their panties in a twist read this, and read it LOUD AND CLEAR, alright?

Open the "photo" that I posted in a hex editor or a decent editor like Notepad++. The last offsets at the end of the file (notice that red X looks a bit incorrect?) read in plain text, and I quote, "Come on, really? Do you really expect me to be that uncouth? If you're reading this, drop a PM to me...I'm curious how many people will try and diagnose the "problem" with the pics. -LC"

WHatever photos I may or may not have are my property. The subjects of those photos are permitted a copy, if they would like them.

Anyone else can kiss my white gluteous maximus and read what I hand coded into the pics.

CGD: The vitriol above is not directed to you, as you don't know my sense of humor. Those of you who do, and who I would expect a bit more from (i.e. remembering I do have standards) get the full force of it. Enjoy. PMs from those who are involved will be ignored, on this forum and others.

well, You definitely got me on this one. Kudos to you LaCroix.

I found it hard to believe you would post a photo like that, but I wanted to make sure you knew my feelings.

Neither DivingCRNA or I could open your photo and didn't think to do the text editor. So, we missed the joke.

Next time I will go with my gut instincts.

:smilie40:

PS - My (what did you call them?) panties were not in a twist. I just didn't want to have to do collateral damage control. All my small chartruese missile launchers are hanging to dry after being rinsed from our diving weekend.
