I believe Faber only makes Steel tanks, so:

Need measurements to ID the capacity, though. Then check against Faber's site or TDL's chart (http://www.tdl.divebiz.net/pub/tanks.html).

It is a steel low pressure Faber tank 2400 psi service not sure what size if I had the dementions I might could help with that.

it looks to be a low pressure Faber steel tank manufactured 10/90 I believe there is usually more numbers/info on the Faber tanks if so could you post it?

I found some info in a post in another forum... They got the info gtom "Inspecting Cylinders" by Bill High

The "90/9006 D0530" and M8303 are Faber's serial number and code respectively.

Now if you want to dissect the serial number the first two digits (90) are the year the next four (9006) are the batch number while the last four (D530) are the number from the batch.

finally got the dimensions on this tank

23.8 long
25.5 circumference/ 8 inch diameter

I think it's a 95 cf.
Am I figuring correctly?

From my list of tank specs, you're spot on: Faber LP 95. Should weight about 43-44 lbs empty.
