Just remember.....failing to prepare is preparing to fail....

Ouch! Considering that I have to give a lecture tomorrow at 9 am (<10 hours away) this was an unexpected reality-slap of a post! :) Perhaps I'll toddle off and review my notes...

clavicl3

Just tell them you couldn't prepare your lecture because you were engaged in a serious and intensive competition.

Good thought - it's a better excuse than the usual reasons why I don't prepare... :)

Congratulations!

Thanks! Don't worry, I won't squeal on you. You can still use the competition as an excuse.

Good guess, I am at Poly - I teach physical geography, climatology, and GIS. You're the first to ask for extra credit so far this quarter; I usually get that one in the last week of class. And sadly, I didn't manage to work a scuba example into today's lecture, although I did go off on a backpacking tangent...

So you're an alumnus, huh? Wanna give us money? ;)

So you're an alumnus, huh? Wanna give us money? ;)I will once I get employed. My Cal Poly degree served well for about 30 years until the IT jobs shipped to India and Pakistan for Y2K.

Then, again, if I send money, it would just get pissed away on the Archies and Aggies (and I don't mean Texas A&M aggies. I mean real Aggies. Best man at my wedding was a Cal Poly Mech Ag)

I visited the campus a couple years ago. A lot has changed, but the Computer Science building was still the same.

Good times...good times...

I meant it didn't hold us up too much. jeez! The point is, if we had had some cuban cigars, rum, or other things in the car, they didn't search it thoroughly enough to find it anyways.

Cool....now I have another place to look for him (Jesus). All of my clients say they found him while in jail, and are now walking in the good life.
