Took a quick tour around this site to see if it showed how many forum members are here - didn't find anything, but maybe I missed it somewhere.

Anyway, I'm thinking it is not published. So, how many forum members do you think are registered on this forum? I'm sure Larry can tell us, but thought it would be interesting to hear some guesses.

My guess is 13,729.

Well I guess this game is over! I was going to guess 15,000 though.

The more interesting number is how many are active members. From what I can glean, there have been 242 members that posted today and yesterday, 587 that have posted in the last week, 1157 in the month of October and if you include the month of september: 1672 since 9-1-09. So at least 10% are active members.

Over 17,000 is amazing and Navy yea, it is an active site. Interesting, is that every day it seems there are about 5 new members reporting in.

This site sure is addicting....I guess because of the good nature it has and the great people that post daily. (Calm down, not trying to kiss up to any of you - it's just true)

Yep and how about the thread with 1300 posts without a central subject? Amazing:smiley20:

Wow. And I thought I had no life. You guys must be really bored if you are watching the number of members change on a daily basis. I have some paint we can all watch dry if you get tired of that.

YOU DO!!!!? Quick let me get over there before the good parts dry...but only if it's an oil based satin, those are the best! :smilie39: (scary thing is that there is more than likely someone who really thinks this way...)

Actually it's real easy to do, the part I did above took all of 2 minutes. All you have to do is know how to use the members list. And tfd86 said the current number is on the bottom of the home page.

So far today, 186 members have logged on and 136 that were here yesterday as well.

Can you tell that it is getting colder and not much diving. It's only November, we have 4 months of winter in front of us (midwest). It's going to be a long winter if we are starting this stuff already. Or, possibly everybody is hiding out from the family on this pre-Thanksgiving Eve.

I hear ya brother. Winter sucks. I think starting next weekend, I'm gonna have to break out the 3mm one piece. The shorty got a little chilly last weekend with water temps already down to 80. They say it's supposed to be down to 78-79 in two weeks. Brrrrrr.........
You can tell from this pic that I was starting to get miserable

Somehow I knew you were going to chime in. I figured either Mark is going to comment about the great weather in Florida and possibly send me a pic or somebody was going to say something about diving dry.

It's scary, we are starting to think too much alike.

BTW, how's the diving in your neck of the woods around Jan/Feb? I'm thinking about that time, I'm going to have some terrible cabin fever and may get a wild hair to fly south for a long weekend.
