I hope this is the right catgory for this but I was wondering if there are any small electric compressors that can fill to ~3400psi? I don't really care if it is really slow, just capable.

Thanks,
Swami

Bauer Jr... but you are looking at about $3,000 to get one, then average about 10 bucks a fill with electricity, filter and maintenance on the little compressors like that.

You may already know this but most compressors will not work for filling scuba tanks. Compressors used for filling scuba tanks have a filter in them to make sure the air is clean and breathable.

If I could buy a small compressor for $1500 or maybe even $2000, I would do it.

There is just something psychological about spending more than $2000 on a hobby item.

If Bauer, or another firm could market a scuba compressor at $1900, they could sell a lot of them. In my opinion.

It wouldn't even have to be large. If the thing could fit on a boat, that would be ideal.
