OK, last monday shift for a while, so I can finally go back to monday morning weigh-ins next week.

As of today, I weighed in at 214!!! :tanzen015:

I have officially reached weight loss goal number 2. I weighed in Sunday after diving at 214, but I wanted to wait until my body had equalized back. Didn't know if I was dehydrated from that last day of diving/driving.

next goal weight is 210. Here I come!

Ok, so I am on a bad streak. SWMBO and I have been partying this weekend. She was responsible for dessert both nights of our boating weekend. Home made cake, with home made real butter-cream frosting YUMM!! Unfortunately, that means I am up again this week. 197, only 2 pounds but I guess that means we will have to start that gym membership back up again...

Congrats! I could stand.. well I won't say I could use to "lose" 20 pounds so much as I could use that 20 to be muscle weight lol. Thankfully, the condo has a fitness center...

Congrats on making goal number 2!

I weighed in yesterday at 195.6 lbs, losing another 1.6 lbs last week.

Yeah, things haven't been too good for me lately what with labor day and leftovers and such. I am holding at a steady 235 though.

Weighed 139 today. Down three pounds from my original post. (whenever that was) It's not going fast enough. My goal is 135 by the end of this month. Goal after that is 130 by the end of Oct.

Thanks for posting, inspires me to get started and loose my natural BC.
