I am getting ready to post a BP/W for sale on the classifieds. How do I post photos? I glanced at the photo gallery, and I don't see stuff like this on there. Do I need to upload them to another site then link them?

The easiest way is to get an account on a photo posting site such as Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) Upload your photos there and then link them to your post.

I'm sure there are more computer savy folks here *cough...Copmudude, Vercingetorix, Vlane...*cough* that can give better ways, but photobucket works for me.

Use imgur (http://imgur.com/), very easy to use and you don't have to create an account. Also, if you click the edit box after you tell it which file you wish to upload you can have it resize the image to preset sizes or any size wish.

You can also upload to the gallery here. Heck, you'll see I have a few WTF photos there. You can also delete photos from the gallery when the sale is complete. I mostly use my own website because I can control availability of the image.

Now, if this is a one-time use for this sale, you can email the photos to me, and I'll put them on my site for the duration of the sale. No need for you to create an account elsewhere. PM me if you wish.

Now, the REAL question: why are you selling a BP/W? I mean, once you cross into the darkside, you cannot return. Besides, we'll take away your cookies. If it is to finance another BP/W...well, OK then.

I've been buying too much lately. I bought an OMS rig that I like the BP/Harness, but the wing is too big - 94# doubles wing; Then I bought a Venture wing from Chicken to complete my setup; Then a friend and I went in on some used gear that included 2 complete Halcyon Eclipse setups (He's keeping one, we're selling the other to recoup some of our investment). It's a super-nice rig, but I like the comfort of the OMS IQ-pack harness, and I don't feel the need to be fully DIR at this point in my diving career (Plus, I need the money for a drysuit).

Do I still get cookies?
