Where all are you guys diving at around St Louis?

I'm looking for a clearer quarry not quite as far as mermett. Any good ideas?

There's a quarry just west of St. Louis... New Melle: Dive Stop - New Melle Quarry (http://www.dive-stop.com/new-melle-quarry)

Also, check out Snagel's site: www.midwestmuckdiving.com (http://www.midwestmuckdiving.com) He's got a great list of dive spots all over the midwest.

You are not that far from Haigh. Well, it's a few hours. I've dove there several times. It's a great quarry with great hosts and divers. Have you considered driving west to the lakes (Table and Beaver) in Arkansas?

Navy's response is probably the best place to start.

Bonne Terre..How did I forget that?! 50 miles south of STL. Not my choice for every weekend, but I found it a great set of dives.

Wow, thanks guys. That should help

T-rock and Beaver are great but that is a good jog for me. I would prefer them though. Bull shoals would be my first pick of them all.

I will see if I can make it to New Melle or Quail run real soon. New melle isnt far at all.

LOL true

considering some of the stuff I have dove this year 3-5 ft viz would be nice. LOL Or a trip back to San Diego would be nice too.

San Diego always equals La Jolla cove for me!

La Jolla is OK but Laguna has more places and things to see. Of course there is always Catalina or the Channel Islands which are even better yet.
