Hello all!
I just thought I'd stop in and say hi to all my forum friends. It's been a very busy couple of months so I have had no spare time to visit. For all you car buffs the SEMA show was a blast.

Hey, Chilly Willy--
SO glad to see you back. You were missed! :smiley20:
Neat about SEMA--we've got a 68 Chevelle that needs some TLC--Give Don a project to do while I'm diving. :smiley36:

Hi Twisted!
The SEMA show was a 2 week long event for me as I had to take care of 4 different booths, the days of the show were a lot of fun, a friend of mine, Den
nis "Lil Daddy" Roth, unveiled his new car there, "The Streetnick Bandit" a modern update of his dad Ed "Big Daddy" Roth's "Beatnick Bandit".8187 8188

I started hanging out with Dennis when I was 18, got to help with a couple of his dad's projects. He is very much a chip off the Ratfink block, in the past few years he has been doing artwork that you can't tell apart from his dad's work. Included are a couple of examples from the show, one is the new album cover for Sublime.

I'm a little jealous now...I always wnated to meet Big Daddy, but never did. Closest we have around here is Darryl Starbird.

I've seen the stuff Darryl has done, of course he knows the Roth clan as well. George Barris and Linda Vaughn were by to see Dennis also.
