go to blue heron bridge in west palm right before you go over the bridge to west balm beach there 4 litlte wrecks and tons of life its only about 20 feet of water so you take two tanks and have the whole day and plus when you run out of air you can just fish theres tons of game fish

Be sure to check with your LDS they may have a bulletin board listing some really good spot and you even find a buddy to go with that way.

Hey Bret there is a place called the pompano drop off, the only thing is it's about 1200ft out. I have gone there from shore it drops about 30+ft very nice reefs. there is one other reef witch is closer about 300ft out and about 12ft great looking reefs lot of fish to see. if your interested let me know and I could tell you how get there.

blue heron bridge was really really neat! my dive shop used to take a lot of students there for dive 1 and 2, ifnally did it this last weekend.. it was actually really cool! i am going back to west palm in a few weeks and planning t odive it 2 or 4 times! the pylons ands tuff are neat.. lil overturned boat with some sealife.. lots of horesehoe crabs and pillow starfish... apparently seahorses too! just hit at high tide! pretty shallow, average depth was ~10 to 15 ft, max is around 20... i lasted around 60min on an 80 alum (which i never use cuz i kill air)

check it out!

The Pompano drop off is in pompano and it is located between Deerfield beach and Fort lauderdale,

It's called the drop off because it runs from about 9ft to about 30ft and it's on the second reef line, you can get there by swimming, boat or kayak
from shore its 1200ft.

Hope this helps
