DICLAIMER, THIS IS ANOTHER FLORIDA POST.

We went snorkeling today :smiley36::smiley31:

Some of you asked for pics and here they are, saw a buffer fish, a bunch of angle fish, and a few fish I do not know the names of.

It's 73 right now..... SO alittle cold :smilie39:

A guy at the beach said, you need a wetsuit to go snorkeling the water is to cold :smilie39:. I went shorts no shirt :smiley2: and was fine after 20 minutes

Here are some pics of the lobster from yesterday, the fish today and well the warm ocean

Was it really that yellow-orange? Or was it a bit closer to this?

the yellow orange is from the camera snorkel mode. it has a red color to it for some reason, going to leave it on land next time. I was going to take my flash, but I was having trouble getting it to work right

Was it really that yellow-orange? Or was it a bit closer to this?

Hey Big, keep the pics coming. First pics are NEVER the best pics in a new environment.
Before we know it, you may be a dive mag photo god??? Even if not next time I'm in the keys maybe you will have the camera thing down.
If so I'll hit you up & you can show me the tricks...

will do, it is alot different then taking land pics, I know one things I am putting on my list is a new camera, but it is way down there. Wish I had held out alittle and went for a better camera.

I read some reviews on the dc1000 and it seems most recommends using the red filter when diving, as when on the surface it makes it to red, thus my pics
Was it really that yellow-orange? Or was it a bit closer to this?
