I'm going to vortex springs this coming saturday 1/22/11 and my wetsuit is a 3/2 mm, will that be enough for 68 degree water?

Depends on your cold tolerance. I would be fine but my son would freeze his butt off

You might be okay but it will depend on your cold tolerance, how long each dive with be, how many times a day you'll be diving. Most people wear a full 3mm in 75F to 80F water. A 2/3mm might be a little thin for 68F water. Personally, I have been in 75F water with a 3mm and been okay but I have also been in 75F water with a 7mm and was fine.

I would recommend something a lil bit thicker.

That is thin IMO. I can do it but I am a walrus. A hoodie vest with that would probably work OK.

Would be a little thin for me. Might try and pick something up a little thicker or invest in a hooded vest (as Stragen suggested) to go under your 3/2.

when i dove vortex i wore a 3mil full and was fine. that said, i would consider my tolerance for cold well above average.

Base no tolerance to cold by BB, the man is impervious to it.

I dove with a 5 full with a hood for a week and was comfortable.

Agree with Straegen & Snagel. Hood and gloves will help.
Between dives is where you'll need to keep warm. Be sure to bring good refueling food and water/hydration for the SI.

I would prob dive that in a 7mm full with 3m gloves 3m boots and a 5/3 hood. Or just go dry with thinner undergarment.

Now that is some dangerous diving ;)

If you can try or rent one of these first, I highly recommend it. My wife likes hers and it adds some nice flexibility on a dive trip:
