Newly certified and new to the forum, so I wanted to contribute a rub that I found in a grilling book years ago that is amazing on all types of seafood (and pretty much any meat in general).

1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon granulated onions
1 teaspoon paprika (I use smoked paprika)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

add as much/little as you see fit and enjoy.

Well, people who eat seafood at the first time may don't think it's yummy. Seafood tastes fresh and delicious; but it seems that we can't eat a lot.

Interesting blend. What type of seafood does it recommend?

Oh, and welcome to the forum and the wonderful Addition that they call diving. I call it "The Meaning of Life's Existence", but that's a different story.
