Sweet! Thanks, just got one of these for Christmas and Timex's site has NO info on them. Couldn't figure out how to set the time / date. Nice little watch for $25!!

Does anyone have a manual for the Dive Rite Nitek computers? PDF would be wonderful! (See my just-posted-thread on this).

Pulled mine out and the battery is doa. Opened it up but it is not intuative as to how to get the battery out. I looked at the instruction book online but at first glance it doesn't mention anything about how to replace the battery.
Any thoughts?

So here's the deal... Send it to the address below with a check for $10. Make sure to tell them all it needs is a battery. They will also check the seals and replace at N/C if required. Remember to include your return address. BTW; this is the Timex factory repair depot.

It's worth it for $10 to have them screw with it and seal it again. If it floods it's their fault and responsibility

Thanx!
Figured it out on my own and have taken it on 30+ dives one to 110ft, works great! I paid $21 for it on e-bay and it has as much functionality as some $300 dive watches.

Just be sure and don't push any of the buttons, or it will flood. I had one and was only in 9' of water and pushed button to turn on back light and it is trash now.

I just received my 3rd. Helix Dive watch today from a vendor in NY off EBay...$20.50 and free shipping...NEW! My first one I broke trying to remove the battery---dummy me.....my second one developed a minor leak and could never get it to reseal. They make a great dive watch-Plus!

You can push the metal Back Light button and it will be fine---made to operate underwater that way, not just the 2 small low cut plastic buttons underwater.
