I've tried several times now to send a request regarding my recently placed order that I have received to info@scubatoys.com, but all go unanswered.

Is there another email address that is checked regularly?

That's the one that is in Larry's signature and on the site - so it should be getting seen and replied. Might try giving them a call and they can help you out right then and there

The only email I sent to that address was answered within 30 min. Knowing ST's customer service policies, I doubt they are purposedly ignoring you. Could be a glitch in their system, or perhaps your email address is getting auto-filtered into the junk bin (it happens some times).

I would definitely call them and talk to a real-live person. I like to use the internet and email whenever I can, but the guys at ST certainly don't bite.

Larry sent me a PM, the attachment I was sending was causing a problem. I tried sending it without the attachment now.

Why dont you just give them a call?? They wont bite..Or you could even PM one of them on here..but calling is your best bet..

I tried email method before, but I never got any reply from Larry or Joe. Calling is the best to reach them, so I agree with some people here.

We got it worked out... just some weird email glitches coming and going to him... but it's all taken care of...
