Hi!
I've got a reg with two hp ports, and I've ordered a Suunto Cobra from our lds to go on one.
I was thinking, Is there a small spg (bright colour) that I could add so that, if the cobra goes, i can see my air left?

I'm thinking og doing the same thing. I've got my Cobra 2 on a quick disconnect, I'm wondering if you can get a quick disconnect for traditional SPGs so I can swap out if a problem comes up.

I think Aeris has an option where you can add a quick disconnect as an option-call ST and they will have a good answer.

QD's are a failure point. Do you really want that on your backup? Why not simply swap the hose?

@whse56: seems like a suunto qd would fit, but I don't know.

@texdiveguy: I've been looking at tht one, the price is good, but is the brand?

Why not just a simple brass and glass spg? Cheap and durable!

Call scuba toys and tell 'em what you want to do. I did this exact same thing with my ProPlus II. I have a tusa gage (from ST) that will plug into my quick disconnect when I don't want/need a full computer (like in the pool).

I think I paid about $50 plus shipping.

Tusa is a good line....I have one of those SPG's on one of my deco bottles....its been in service for about 4 years and have had no issues with it. You would not go wrong.
