Can anyone tell me what this thing is? I took this shot last week in the BVI. It looks like some sort of nudibranch. Thanks! Sorry its not the best pic....

That's EASY!

Anyone can tell that those are Mick Jagger's lips. Must have fallen off when he was snorkeling.

Ever seen those Kaiser ads where someone has lost their love handles, butt, etc through exercise (literally fallen off)? It looks like some female diver lost an important part of her anatomy...

wow, I never knew how many varieties of them there were. Nudi Pixel: Nudibranch and Sea Slug Identification with Photographs (http://www.nudipixel.net/) here is a link for a bunch of pictures of them.

Thanks for the second pic........ It is a Leopard Flatworm.
(Pseudoceros Pardalis)
1-2" max 5" Usually spotted 20-80' Occasional sightings can be abundant in certain areas. Mostly found around or under rocks and can swim in open water by undulating motion of entire body.

:smiley20: Nice job... Have not found yet. What were the conditions where you located this?

DD,
Thanks for the info. This dive was at the Indians near Norman Island in the BVI. Not sure of the depth, probably 30 feet.
I wish I had gone back and taken a few better pics of it. Maybe I can help it out in PhotoShop. Also wich it had swam in open water... that would have been a cool pic!

PS-Anywhere to dive over in your direction?

Mostly Terrel CSSP and Athens as far as close. The best semi local trip around here is the Flower Gardens for blue water.

There are a few of us talking about getting a group togeter to make the FG trip this summer. All are welcome.........

Great Photo ops!!

Keep me posted on FG. Done it once, and for the money, you can almost get to Coz...

True!! (It is never a bad decision to go to Coz!) But it is a different dive. The chance to see Mantas, Sharks and other large O/W fish makes it a cool trip for me.

I will post when we get something put together......... Keep your eyes out for it around June.
