I have not, but I have heard that Vietnam has some cheap and unpressured dive sites. Have you done a google?

Nha Trang. It's a beach resort norht of Saigon.

Good experience but I wouldn't do it again. The water was freezing!!!. If you do..use Rainbow Divers and tell "Kat" she is the hottest dive master I have met and I love her a long long long time.

I hope the diving is good, b/c there really isn't anything else interesting about that town. Bao Dai villas being excepted. If it is a beach you are looking for, Hoi An is the place to be.

I have no info regarding to diving out of Saigon. Very helpful, I know.
