Green light for Port Phillip dredging plan - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

They are going to dredge the bay soon by the looks of it.
I have only started to dive this year and there were reports the damage could take up to 30 years to fix.

I hope it isnt true as i havent seen half of what i want to see in the bay yet.

Jas.

The price we pay for progress!!!??? It looks like it still needs to be approved by a few more people, maybe one of them will come to their senses and block it.

Can you get a petition going through the LDS's to stop the dredging?

This is terrible news!

I've been wanting to dive there for a while now, here's hoping they don't wreck it
