I use Chrome messenger bags and love them. One of the nice things about them is that the inside is flexible lined plastic, so if your gear is still wet, you and anything your bag comes in contact with will remain dry.

I can easily get 2 full sets of regs plus a bunch of other junk in a bag.

A little spendy, but built to last forever.

This thing looks pretty sweet! I just don't get to travel enough to justify the cost.
I looked at that one and it is two large for a carry on. Watch his video and he even states it sized check at the gate you have to check it at the gate. Looks good and I was ready to purchase it about year ago.

I saw that too. I wonder if it would be the right size if he took the little pocket off the top?

This is a bag I have been dragging around the world (literally) for about 2 years now and it holds up great!

Bag/Pack - Bugout | Ranger Joe's | Military and Law Enforcement Gear | ACU's, BDU's, army boots, rank, and custom name tapes

It can be as small as a regular backpack or it can expand to a huge bag. I have loaded mine with over 40 pounds of gear on many occasions.

Downside is that you can easilly pack it larger than carry-on size.

So it's a gamble whether or not you would actually be able to bring this as a carry-on? That's a lot of money for a bag that you may be forced to check. Any bags similar to this that you wouldn't have this issue with?

Dive Caddy is worth every penny. I even use it when i go on non diving trips and never check a bag again now that i can compact everything into this... Worse comes to worse just take the turtle p[ack off(bag on top) and there should be no fuss at all.

all these carry on bags look kinda small. I can't imagine carrying my bcd, 7 mm wet suit, boots, gloves, fins, regulator, computer, mask and snorkel.

I went to my LDS and asked about bags I was shown one (see earlier post #10 for link) the bag looked small I wasn't sure if it would hold everything. The owner got some gear: split fins, jacket style bcd, reg, mask, snorkel, wetsuit, log book, & boots from off the shelf and showed me it would fit and I was sold. bought the bag for under 100.00
