I have used the TUSA RD2 bag for three years. It is too big for carry on but fits two complete warm water dive sets with 0.5mm full suits. Computers/cameras go in our carry on bags. Weight with bag is about 47 Lbs. Just under airline 50 lb. limit. If gear is not totally dry you will be a few lbs. over! We pack two mesh bags inside it and use those as boat/dunk bags. It is relatively cheap ($75.00) and is good quality. However, traveling with checked bags is getting to be a hassle. If I could figure out how to hadle our knives I would switch to carry ons.

I had a really nice Gator duffle but the airline gorillas have pretty well scraped the bottom full of holes. My rolling duffle doesn't seem to get the contact (abuse) so I'll stick with it.

Spend the money to get a good mesh bag that you'll be using all the time (local transport of gear, boat gear) but go to WalMart/Sams/Costco and get a decent-but-inexpensive roll on bag for the infrequent trip.
