Need Help with these 2 BCD's

I'm going to buy a BC this week, but can't decide between the Zeagle Brigade BCD or the Dacor Talon BCD? I know that they are two different types of BCD. Is one better for a newbie? I like the fit of the Zeable Brigade..

Any help will be appreciated

I used the Talon for open water class (pool and lake) then bought the Brigade after class was over. I had no problems at all with the Talon, but preferred a back inflate, particularly after figuring out that for most portions of the dive I am able to have zero air in the bc. The bungied back inflate bladder on the Brigade provides for a lower drag configuration with no air in the bladder, and I liked that. I also like the fact that I was able to purchase two different size components for the Brigade to customise.

Good luck with your purchase! Either way, you will soon become used to whichever you buy and get to know it like the back of your hand. Have fun!

Go for back inflate right away. I'm sure you won't regret it.

I'm both a back inflate fan and a Zeagle fan! In my avatar my 11 year old dive buddy and I are both wearing Zeagles. Mine is a Ranger and hers is a Tech. Not a problem for newbies!

I have the Brigade and love it.

I've only dove with it 4 times, but it is excellent so far.

Frankly, regardless of style, price, and type, I don't think you can beat Zeagle's customer service and quality of product.

Thanks, I will go with the zeagle. It cost a little more, but sounds like it will be worth it.
