Can a Zeagle Stiletto wing be attached to a BP?

Would this be a good setup? I may look to try a BP/W config in the future and if I can simply migrate my Stiletto wing over would save some cash.

Thanks!
Jimmy

You can use a Zeagle Stiletto wing (35lbs bungee) on a backplate. You might have to buy the stainless steel bolt kit to attach the wing onto the plate. Remove the wing from the stiletto and attach it by using the nuts and bolts through the metal triglides (metal clips) that are attached inside the wing directly to the backplate. Zeagle backplates have holes already to accept the bolts and they sit flush.

I use the 34lbs All Elastic Zeagle wing and its my favourite single cylinder rig. I also used it with a ally backplate for travel and tropical diving. I also have the SS backplate for local diving and when the water gets a little cool. The only difference between the two is the weight.......which is about 5lbs.

You will probably not using the Stiletto body ever again as the BPW setup is that good. Sell the Stiletto body and put it towards a wing for doubles if your going that way down the track.

How about the "clip tabs" that are on the right and left sides of the wing, which clip into the bcd. Do you leave those unclipped? Also, any input on the positives/negatives of a bungied wing vs. non bungied?
