What do you put in your Zena BC mesh bag?

I love my new Zena, but it came with this weird pouch that has a mesh bag folded inside of it. I was thinking about taking it off because its kinda bulky, but thought maybe there is a purpose for it.

So did you keep your pouch on, and if so, what do you put in it?

It's a quick pocket....

If you are diving and you find 10 gold dubloons, you simply pop out the pcket and keep them secure!

I don't have a Zena, but I have a Ladyhawk with a roll down mesh pocket. Not removable and I wish it was, as it's useless and just something to unroll so it dries. Dangles too much to use as a regular pocket for stuff you carry all the time. Rare I am going to come up with something I didn't go down with that will fit in there, dubloons or otherwise. I think these pockets are just a way for a manufacturer to be able to say a pocket-less BC has a pocket.

No... no... you hide the doubloons in your wetsuit and then end up getting confronted by the rest of the crew on your treasure boat and almost get killed! Then you write a memoir about your experience.

I've used mine for various treasures I have found underwater as well as a great place to hold my brush.

I reduced the size of the roll down part to make it a more useable pocket....then took it off my BC and never used it! Gee, might have to put it back on my BC for our upcoming trip and see if I use it or not.

scallops doesn't work bad but it is kind of hard to get them in. It never hurts to have a game bag.
