Hershey Bar? Not just a candy bar.

I spoke to someone in the diving biz today who referred to a certain part of a BC as the Hershey Bar. Anyone know what this is?

It is the "non slip" pad that the tank band weaves through on the back of the BC...

I thought it was what a U/W student found in thier wetsuit when they had issues with reg recovery.

Boy that is a new one on me. I don't think they would make very good smores though.
So are our hoses called tootsie rolls? My sausage looks like a huge yellow and orange freezer pop..hmm.
