Is there anything you can spray on or wipe on your fadding BC

Put it in your tub and wash it without harsh chemicals. You have to live with fading, but in the future don't dive in chlorine pools, don't leave it in the sunlight and it should go longer before it fades.

The faded look makes you look more experienced

If it's faded there's not much you can do to reverse that! Rinsing your gear with fresh water after being in the pool and keeping your gear out of the sun will prevent or at least slow it down.
