Hey. Just got in my new Zeagle Ranger LTD today! Very excited!!
I just had one question to any current owners about the fit of the BC. Where does the cummerbund fit on you when you wear the BC? Should it fit around the belly button or lower on the hips? I just got a bit concerned because the Zeagle Owner's manual stated something along the lines of the BC "doesn't fit like other BC's." If it helps it is a medium and this is my first time to purchase a BC. Previously have only rented but have worn mediums in all other makes/models. Thanks for the help! |

you can down load the "book" on it if you need to, but I wear mine "low" I like mine so it sits on my "hips", it may not be "right" but it works for me, and it "feels" right. so I think comfort is more important than right or wrong, as long as it is still safe.

Just above your hips.
Hint: Loosen your shoulder straps COMPLETELY. Then put on cumberbund just above hips, snap waist closure and attach sternum strap. THEN, just take the slack out of the shoulder straps. Don't tighten them.

I put my Brigade on (same harness) just above the hips and the cumberbund goes just below my belly button, but I have a fat belly.
Do a pool dive with it and you can adjust it as you like it. An hour into it you'll have it figured out and be comfortable with it. Nice BCD. |

I adjust my Ranger just above my hips and then pull the buckles of the shoulder straps. If it helps, you can download a manual regarding Zeagle BCD's from their website.

I had the best luck putting mine on this way...I just could not think of how to word it. I have had to readjust mine mid dive before, and the same method works very well. |
