The only thing I know of is the 10 gift certificate if you post 10 times here. I could be wrong but I think scuba toys gives you 10 percent off when your a member? Dont take my word on it though. I am looking to buy used gear...my first set. Are you looking to get rid of any of the old stuff?

Scubatoys is among the very best when it comes to scuba retailers. They have a great price match policy and their customer service is top notch. They're honest retailers with a real store front. I'd recommend them above any other retailer for my first choice. I have purchased elsewhere, but mainly because they don't stock some brands that I wanted.

And yes, forum members do get a 10% discount. Just mention it to them when you place your order.

Here's the link for the forum policies: Scuba diving forum and scuba diving discussion board

A $10 gift certificate for the first 10 posts and a $50 gift certificate for the first 250... there are a few rules of course... you can't just say "hi" to new members 250 times They don't have the 10% discount listed now, but I think it's like has been said... just ask for it.

Joe or Larry is that correct?

I just made a rather large order myself. I saved just over 15% (close to $300 bucks) of what I would have paid with their competitors. They've never give me a problem about matching (and beating) anyone elses price They also have thrown in free shipping something not everyone will do because I have a FPO address which only takes USPS.

ScubaToys is my LDS (I'm 15 minutes away). They are the only LDS that I shop at. They go above and beyond in terms of pricing and service. Just recently, I got a $90 2mm shorty for $25 because they ran out of the advertised special, which was a closeout. They've worked out all sorts of deals and give me free air to boot. I've received all my training through ST as well.

They sent another wetsuit for me to get the best fit of the 2 sizes and gave me a return shipping postage paid envelope to send the one that fit worst back to them. Great service.

I created a big list of stuff I wanted and then started hunting down the best price on the net. They matched a couple of prices that were extremely low without blinking. When I went back for my second larger order to complete my new gear, I tossed out a number that was significantly lower than anyone else locally or online that I checked with was willing to match and they just said yes. I say call them or email, tell them what you want in a full list and see what the total package price is. I am willing to bet it will be cheaper than pretty much anywhere else you can get it.

I personally picked up a Zeagle Flathead VI, Zeagle ZX Octo, complete Oxycheq BPW and lots of bits for less than half MSRP and they discounted some other smaller items with a big discount as well... and I still have my $10 to use at some point.

Good people and REALLY easy to work with. I would add I am not a person easily impressed.

Forgot to add that Leisure Pro is not an authorized dealer for some of what they sell.

As an example if you go to the Dive Rite website ( Dry Suit, Regulator, BCD, Dive Lights, Rebreather: Dive Rite Dealers ) they actually have a statement there that Leisure Pro isn't an authorized dealer. What this means is that you will not be able to get warranty service from the manufacturer. It might be okay to get some things from them, but anything like regs, dive computers, etc... I would think twice about, no matter how good a deal it might seem.

LeisurePro is a dealer for several products they sell. Generally the products they sell that they aren't an authorized retailer for are companies that do not allow online sales of their products. IMO, a completely backward process and one that steers me away from their products.

My problem with LP is that it is hard to figure out exactly what they are an authorized dealer on. I figure it has to be somewhere though. The nice part though is that if they sell it and they aren't, they offer the same warranty or better from the manufactorer.
