Corrugated BCD hose replacement
Has anyone ever tried replacing a od, bad or dry rotted corrugated BCD hose with something purchased at Home Depot or Lowes?
I've been tinkering with an old wing that has a hole in the hose. Thought Home Depot might have something but that stuff is probably too rigid and not supple enough. Maybe someone here's already tried that? |

If you can find something that is corrugated, I doube it will have a flat sealing surface and will leak by the elbow and inflator. You may be better off purchasing a replacement hose.
If you end up finding a flexible length of hose, it will probally kink when you try to bend it. Last edited by acamato : 02-27-2009 at 04:39 PM. |
