Weighting for new suit
Just got a 2-piece 7mm wetsuit and do not how much weight I might need. Have only dove in saltwater with a 3mm shorty, but will be in freshwater now with the 7mm. I do know during my refresher course in the 16 ft freshwater pool I was nuetral w/bcd, fin/boots and mask with a full al 80. I have 14 lbs of weights just need to get a ballpark figure of how much more do I need to get. Doing beach dive at lake so no extra weights laying around.

You might want to hit the pool to find out how much weight you'll need. It could save a dive when you head out to the lake.
I needed a full 6 extra pounds going from an older 5mm to a new (very floaty) 7mm full (in salt water), reducing to only 4 extra pounds after about 16 dives.
