I'm putting it on a Freedom plate.
Have a Zeagle 35 on it now, and that's much too big for diving warm water without neoprene. The Oxy Sig 18 doughnut will be nice. Both for packing and for in the water. Only problem is SToys is out of stock for two weeks. :P Think I'll pollish/anodize my plate while I'm waiting, just for something to do... ![]()

The Freedom Plate was designed to work with Oxycheq wings. You should have no problems.
I have one of Eric's latest generation of SS plates (with the cut channel rails and wide camband slots) and it works fine with either my 18# Mach V or my 30# Mach V Extreme. One thing I did to my plate was drill a hole at the top so I could install a "sex" bolt to hold the wing in place during tank changeouts - this is especially useful when on a rocking boat. It also helps when carrying the bpw around without a tank, since the wing stays in place and does not flop around. There really is only one position for the wing on the Freedom Plate, so locating the hole is easy (drilling through the SS is a little harder ). |

My 18# Mach V compared to my 30# Mach V. 30 is red and 18 is black.
(Ain't it cool! )Oh, BTW. Slots are clearly visible in the 30. The purple tank is an Al 80. The steel is a Worthington HP 100. (smaller than Al 80)
