I Will Be Using Double Al 80's And Hp 100's With A 40 Stage Bottle And A 7mm Wetsuit And I Will Be Diving A Drysuit In The Near Future. What Size Wing Would You Recommend 45lb, 60lb, Or A 94lb Lift.

Certainly not the 94lb's wing. With Al80's the 45lb's would likely be fine but with hp100's I don't know. Many thing effect wing lift. You want it to be able to float your rig with tanks full on the surface. With a drysuit you want the ability also to provide lift from the suit in case of a flood.

The 45lb wing should be fine unless you're schlepping multiple stage bottles.

I dive dry with a 45# Oxycheq wing with heavy Asahi HP100 doubles, and it's fine even with multiple AL40 stage bottles.
