Oxycheq wing Mach V or Mac V extreme?

I am in the market for a wing. I think I have it settled on these 2 wings. I Dive only a single tank and think this is a great size all around. Now the question is do you spend the $100 extra and get the extreme wing? It is the same wing but it seems like it is much more durable, cut proof etc. What do you guys think?

are you doing any extreme diving? my friend has a reg. Rec Wing from dive rite, and that looks pretty much rugged. i doubt it can be easily punctured. im sure the regular mach V is plenty strong. but if you dive confined spaces where you might rub rocks and stuff, then the extreme seems worth it.

That regular Mach V is a very durable wing. What kind of diving are you planning to do with it?

I have the regular Mach V for my singles wing. GREAT wing.

Unless you regularly drag your gear over sharp glass (or do a lot of extreme wreck penetrations... in single tanks), save your $100 for other gear.

Went with the Mach V. Figured right now I can spend the $100 on other things I need.

Good choice. The extreme is pretty neat, but probably overkill for most recreational divers.

Agreed, I figure when I wear it out in a few years, either i'll buy another one, and go for the extreme if it is still the best out, or buy the latest and greatest...
