That's a great price for a BP/W. I couldn't change to the SS plate on the web page to see what that did to the price, but I'd want the SS plate. I'd also want the mach V wing (even for a little more money). It may be the wing intended, but it's not the one pictured.

Ryanh1801, I take it that you like the system. Does one size fit all? From the picture, I guess I need to buy something to attach a tank.

Well I don't have exactly what is their. I have the Transpack harness with the Diverite SS back plate and the oxy wing... I love it so far.. Yes you will need to get a STA and two cam bands, Kind of surprised they don't have that included in their package.

One size will fit most - just have to adjust and trim the harness to your size. Since it is a package and a single tank one - it SHOULD come with cam bands - but it doesn't say..

Actually, I should have looked at it closer. The addition of the cam bands, and the fact that you probably want a steel plate (which you can substitute) change the price quite a bit.

If I were to put together a package for myself, I'd go with the SS plate, the Oxycheq Mach V wing, the Dive rite SS cam Straps (You need 2), and the Oxycheq STA. Just my 2¢.

I'd be all over this deal if I didn't have my eye on a Freedom plate built by ZKY on Scubaboard.

Freedom Plate poll - ScubaBoard

My brother picked up what BSea suggested to get, but purchased Apollo Bio-locks instead of the Dive Rite Cam Straps. He only needs one to keep the tank secured since they work so well.

I think in this case on this ad I'd call them because it seems to be unable to change the options like the text says, plus I'd want to know if it came with everything needed.

To be honest, reading the description leads one to assume you can get it home, attach a tank and go dive. I'm not sure.

As to one size fits all, not always. If you're really tall a long backplate makes life better for you, and conversely if you're really short a small bp does the same thing. Harness can be adjusted but there is a point to where it just is not going to be comfortable.

Wow, I didn't know the freedom plate was coming back. That definetly will be my next plate. (Like I need another 1)
