Pterodactyl BP/Harness

I was just wondering if any of you have heard of the Pterodactyl BP/Harness. I just ran across it. It looks somewhat interesting and a little strange. I was looking at their website which is Scuba Gear and Scuba Diving Equipment - Discount dive gear and then tonight I tried to look at it again and I kept getting re-directed so I do not know if it is their problem or mine but I would be interested to hear from someone that has seen or used one in person. If you have not seen or used one what are you thoughts?
