Recommendations for a travel BC?

I've been diving an Aqua Lung Seaquest Pro QD+ for a few years now and I think it's a great BC. It fits well, holds plenty of weight for cold water diving and tends to have great trim both submerged and at the surface. My problem is that it's huge, takes up a lot of space in my bag and weighs too much when I travel. I'm looking for some recommendations for BCs that pack down really small and are fairly light weight. I've looked at the Zeagle Scout online a bunch, but can't seem to find a dive shop that has one I can try on. The key features I'm looking for are weight integration and at least a couple of small pockets (for a small light and a slate). Any suggestions/recommendations are greatly appreciated. Obviously I'd prefer this travel BC to be on the inexpensive side as well :-)

I switched to a lighter setup last year and have logged 80 dives with it so far. I use the Zeagle Scout now and I am very happy with it. I use not a whole lot of weight with a 3mm + vest w/hood. So I just use the ditchable rear pockets on the scout and no weight belt. The Scout doesn't break the bank and seems to be true to size. I bought it from ScubaToys online w/o trying it on. Why don't you ring them and see what they recommend for size?

My whole setup including UW camera + flash + laptop now fits in 20kg check in + carry on.

Cheers,
Steff

Zeagle Stiletto is also a great travel/warm water BC.

I haven't seen a scout in stores either. The Scout, Stiletto, or Brigade are all good options to look into. Personally, I have a Ranger and I just put the 24# Scout bladder on it for travel. The bladder swap on a Zeagle is super easy, so you could get a small one from travel & a larger one for when you need it.

I have the extra small brigade & it fits with my reg & 2 changes of clothes in my carry on.

I do know mares carries some really compact travel bc's.

I have a Genesis Tropic. It is my second one. The first was a medium and now I have a small. Great for traveling. Although I dive it mostly in cold water, it is easy to take it on the plane

Sea Quest Passport--great travel BCD. Not big enough for cold water--wouldn't want to put more than 8lbs in it. Packs up really small.
