change "posts per page" view?

so how do you change the "posts per page" view?

Meaning instead of viewing 10 posts per page, I want to increase to 40 or 50 per page so I don't have to click the NEXT button at the bottom of the page?

and if you want more... you can go trough user CP and put it to 40 or more.

Go to User CP-Edit Options-Posts per page.
I know you guy's figured it out but there for the other people who may view.

Should be able to set it to 25, 35, 45,75.
Or close to those numbers. Just woke up and have not had my coffee yet, so who know's what I'm typing here

You can go to your user CP, and set it to any number posted above--
