I would say that vis is lower that I would have expected, but it's still decent.
Met up with Boates and her hubby today, nice folks. I hope to get in some diving with them. Took a photo class with John Wall today, totally worth the money. Hell, it probably wasn't enough money! Took 37 pics and got about 4 that are worth while, a little above average. I still have lots of photo work to do, but the class helped so much. I'll post em up when I get back home, bandwidth is a little low down here... I have yet to get around to any shore dives, after 2 boats in the morning I'm pretty much beat, not as young as I used to be I guess. I have had some rotten gear luck, never had any problems before (knock on wood) but they've all been fixable... Felt like a total NOOB on my first dive... forgot to put computer in Nitrox mode, forgot to zip wetsuit, forgot to shave so my mask leaked like crazy. Buckle on fins broken, good excuse to get those spring straps I was looking at though! Reg free flowed on me today... not sure Senor Wallet will let me use that as an excuse for a new reg, although Buddy Dive got my Abyss back into shape in about 30 minutes and free of charge. BTW, you know how you burn a little faster in Cozumel since you're a little closer to the sun??? Well, you burn a LOT faster down here!!
