Haven't been diving in Grand Cayman, but have been to Cozumel twice and love it!

My wife and I did a cruise out of Galveston in December 2007. We went to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.

In Jamaica do a shore excursion. The diving there is not very impressive. Grand Cayman was good but we were on a cattle boat. Cozumel was great. I am planning a trip to Cozumel later in the summer. We really enjoyed the drift diving.

Of course I recommend Cayman and Don Fosters for a dive shop- very close to the cruise ship area..........

I have been to all three and will never dive with Dan Foster again. Pure Cattle boat. Overall I would lean to Cozumel, but I know after numerous trips there a change of scenery is great. Cayman offers many sites, especially if you are able to go to little Cayman as well. The wall is fantastic.

If you mean Don Fosters-know they have contracts with some cruise companies, I've seen those boats very full. I have gone out with them several times booking on my own- one time we were the only customers on the boat, with 4 divemasters, other times we've had 8-12 divers
