Very nice shots there mmakay! I like the one with all the divers in the background. All I oculd think was "Photo Frenzy!!!"

I see you put up even more photos. Are the latest ones from the Mushroom Forest? They look great!

I showed your photos to my wife and told her I really needed to have an underwater strobe setup to take photos like that, and she said that I should order it! So, I'll be putting a strobe on order on Monday, nobody where I live would even think about carrying anything like that. I'm not going to spend too much though, since it's something I won't get to use too often.

I really enjoyed the slideshow of your Curacao images on Flickr Mccay. Great job! thanks for sharing. Also, thanks for the link to the DiveBus. Looks like a good alternative to shorediving on your own.

MMakay, Who did you go with on your trip to Mushroom Forest? I'm finalizing my trip plans and was hoping to get that in somehow. Or if anyone else knows who does trips there, I'm probably looking at Thursday the 21st right now unless things shift around in our schedule.

Dive Bus set it up for us. The name of the operator was Lars, but I don't know what he calls the operation. The Marriott's dive shop does boat dive, don't they? You may be able to book Mushroom Forest (and Watamoola) through them.

Thanks, I'm diving with the Dive Bus next Tuesday and Wednesday, so I'll ask them about Mushroom Forest and see if they can set it up. But I may also just see what else they are doing, I'm not set on Mushroom Forest, I've got such a limited time there it's really not possible to do everything anyway.

Cool. When you see Crowley, Mark and Suzi tell 'em Mickey and Karen say "Hi".

If you get to Mushrrom Forest, you'll enjoy it. Lots of cool coral formations. If you don't, you'll still have plenty of great dives. The Bus's house reef at "the hut" (Car Pile and Pierbaai) may be the best diving on the island right now. Vaersenbaai is also really nice right now, so you might ask for that dive.
