Watch this Spotted Eagle ray feeding in Cozumel!
I just happened to be diving over in Cozumel when outta the blue I saw this huge spotted eagle ray feeding. Right before I could get it in focus, I saw him eat a conch shell and spit out the pieces..only after slurping out the meat. Check it out!

Man I LOVE those things! We saw about 8 of them over the days at CoCoView in Roatan. Two came cruising past me in about 4' of water the first day when I was snorkeling. None were as big as this one though! Such grace.
Glad to see you can still post on that bum ankle!  |
