Hurricane Jimena heads for Cabo

We are headed for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico around the same time as Hurricane Jimena is supposed to hit the area. Ugh! Not sure what to do, we may wait it out or we may change plans and hit Cancun. Looks like it is a cat 4 so hopefully it skirts the area.

Let us know how your trip/flights went. And send some of the moisture west to South Central Texas if you get a chance....we've been in severe drought for some time.

We changed plans and headed for Puerto Aventuras on the Cancun side. Luckily for us the airlines didn't charge us a change fee, they ended up cancelling the flight to Cabo anyway because we supposed to fly in on Tuesday and that is the day the hurricane hit Cabo area so the airport was closed. I haven't heard much about Cabo since I am in Cancun area now. Awesome diving here, so i've been underwater most of the time.

Jupiter? No, that's way out of the way, though the storm might hit saturn.

OH wait....No, Jupiter is a lot closer to Kino Bay, you're good.
