Byte ME does his AOW in Playa del Carmen
Join me and Byte Me of Scuba Toys forum as we check out the Mama Vina shipwreck and Cerebros reef as part of his PADI Advanced Open-Water course. Don't miss the footage towards the end of two moray eels fighting. Just Awesome! Let's see how it goes for Byte Me... Enjoy!

Location, Location, Location
I'll ask you again in the summer. That's when I'll be asking myself why I live in NE Texas. It will be 100F with 100% humidity. Wait a second....its good for me, I fix and install A/C for a living (a.k.a. ozone killer). Congradulations on the AOW, I will be getting mine next summer, but it won't be in Mexico.

jwagner / Big Mike - thanks! Appreciate it. I've always said if I'm learning I'm having fun - never though that learning underwater would be so much MORE fun!!
lovesmexico - ya, yuck huh? I got off the plane in MKE with shorts and a t-shirt on. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy - which is standard for me. We're expecting 2-3 more today and then more tomorrow. The lake we're on is already almost frozen over, this will be the earliest in the 9 years we've been here. Looks like jwagner needs to install some more A/C units and get that global warming going again! Those 5 days came and went too quickly - now I'm looking forward to May when we go back down. I probably won't (huh, probably - like I'm going to cut a hole in the ice!) dive again until then Jason, great work! When we got home last night I pat the dogs on the head, put the luggage down and headed straight for the DVD player! Who's that big doofus with the blue fins - HEY THAT'S ME! ![]() Had to add an edit to mark this as post number 69 for me sure are doing fun stuff w/ smilies these days!Last edited by Byte Me : 12-04-2007 at 05:25 PM. |
