Anyone seen whale sharks in Belize in June?

I'm starting to plan next year's trip, and I'm looking a Belize for a number of reasons - one of which is the whale sharks. I know there are no guarantees in diving, but I'm trying to plan the trip around the full moon in June, which is supposed to be a good time to see them.
Anyone have any recommendations? Good places to stay (other than in Ambergris Caye - something more remote)? Dive shops?
Thanks!!!

AFAIK the whale sharks at the full moon are not just anywhere, but in a specific area (Gladden Spit) in southern Belize. So you would be wanting to look in the Placencia area. (Nowhere near Ambergris.)
